Status on Vision List site move and domain name host

The Vision List host site TELEOS.COM is now back up and operating.
Current connection is 14.4K V42.bis with a 56K Frame Relay going in
within a few weeks. That should relieve some of the Vision List
Archive transfer delays that you may have experienced in the past.
If your email to TELEOS.COM was bounced in the past 1-1/2 weeks, it
was because of delays on Teleos' side in changing the IP address at
the InterNIC that as of yesterday became functional again. Please
remail any email that was bounced from TELEOS.COM .
The status of the TELEOS.COM hostname is still being discussed. To
recap: Teleos Corporation (a NJ corp) is claiming that Teleos Research
(the Vision List host provider for over 3 years at TELEOS.COM, and
on-line internet citizen for over 6 years) is violated its trademark
on "Teleos". The InterNIC created a domain TELEOSRESEARCH.COM (kind of
trills off the tongue) and for the next 60 days or so, TELEOS.COM and
its fate will be determined. Unless noted otherwise, continue to use
Vision-List@TELEOS.COM
