Level: PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Duties: Applied Research, Development and Implementation of Image
Processing Applications.
The successful applicant will contribute to one or more projects
in the area of Image Resolution Enhancement, Pattern Recognition,
and Automatic Target Recognition from radar and IR data.
Req'd Experience: * Computer Vision, Image Analysis, and Signal Processing
* Automatic Target Recognition
* Statistical Modeling and Inference
Desirable: * Working knowledge of any of the following topics:
Deformable Template Matching,
State-Space Methods, System Identification, Sensor Fusion,
Low-SNR Imaging, Radar Imaging, Neural Networks.
* Strong algorithm and software development skills (Matlab, C,
C++, etc.)
* Experience with image processing hardware (e.g DATACUBE).
* Experience with image processing software (e.g Khoros).
* Excellent written and oral communication skills ( technical
proposals for contracts, progress reports, and presentations.)
