Q&A : In search of a method for real-time 3D shape and motion recovery from images

I am in search of a good algorithm which should be able to compute 3d
shape/depth or to estimate camera motion from image sequences in
REAL-TIME (that is, the camera is in motion, we need to compute the
depth of the scene--planar and non-planar, and also if possibel we need
to estimate camera motion). Your help is appreciated.
