An NIMH-sponsored post-doctoral research fellowship in signal and
image processing techniques is available at the Columbia University.
The fellowship is administered by the Department of Child Psychiatry
at Columbia University, NY. Persons interested in research experience
in the area of signal and image processing techniques applied to
study childhood disorders are encouraged to apply. The position is
for 2 years, with a possible extension to 3 years. Pay is
commensurate with experience. This position must be filled by June
30th 2002. Additional positions for a start date of July 2003 are
also available.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in computer science, electrical
engineering, or biomedical engineering with emphasis on signal and
medical image processing. Strong computational and mathematical
skills are needed.
