Computer Vision Researchers
Advanced Interfaces, Inc. (AI) is currently recruiting for several
Researchers/Engineers to work on its core computer vision and multimodal
interface technologies. AI is the leader in intelligent video
processing applications and is poised to make a fundamental change in
automated human behavior analysis and multimodal human computer
interfaces. AI's products are based on breakthrough technologies that
work with surveillance type cameras and off the shelf microphones.
Founded in 2000, AI has acquired critical acclaim for revolutionary
technological applications and great market potential with a growing
base of prestigious customers and partners.
The selected candidates will lead AI's research projects funded by
several federal agencies such as NSF, DARPA, NIST, etc. to develop
technologies that will be used by AI's products for Business
Intelligence, Elder Care & Monitoring, Advanced Video Surveillance and
Multimodal Interfaces for People with Disability.
Expertise Needed:
Desired candidates should have a strong background in one or more of the
following areas of research:
· Large area human tracking (single and multi-camera).
· Behavior analysis using statistical pattern recognition.
· Articulated human body tracking.
· Multimodal analysis for human computer interaction.
Technical Requirements:
· PhD or Masters in Computer Science or allied field.
· At least two years of experience in developing systems for image and video
analysis in an industry or corporate R&D setting.
· Excellent analytical ability.
· Experience in design and execution of robust experiments.
· Excellent programming skills in C, C++ and Matlab.
