Q&A : Looking for test images

Dear Vision experts,

I am looking for seven test images used in papers by Chang, Lian and
others. Emails to the authors have so far drawn no response.

Would you please have a look at
http://kauri.auck.irl.cri.nz/~johanns/test_images.html and email me if
you know where I can download any of the images in the bottom rows of
the shown sets?

I may have googled two of them (barbara and watch) but the others remain
elusive.

Any help much appreciated!
